What is included on a self-serve plan?

Self-serve plans are the software: AI matching, want-to-meet requests, topic groups, pre-event matching up to 7 days before your event, the event QR and join kit, the host dashboard, and a post-event report. Every self-serve tier gets all of it. Anything staffed by courtme is Enterprise.

When do I need Enterprise?

Enterprise covers more than 1,000 guests, more event days than your plan includes, more than one venue or organization on one account, and any event you want courtme staff on site for. Contact us and we will quote it.

No. courtme IRL is free for your guests to use at your event.

Ask for your money back. Email billing@courtme.ai within 7 days after your first event and we refund your first payment in full, no reason needed. (Once per host; Enterprise is covered by its own agreement.)

The software: AI matching, want-to-meet requests, topic groups, pre-event matching up to 7 days before your event, your QR and join kit, the host dashboard, and a post-event report. Every self-serve tier gets all of it.

An event day is each started 24 hours from your event's scheduled start time, up to 7 per event. A 3-day festival uses 3 of your plan's event days that month. Your plan's included event days apply no matter how those days are spread across the month.

Yes, every paid plan has a monthly/annual toggle. Annual is 10 months' price for the year, billed upfront. The launch promo applies to the first month of a monthly subscription only.

On a self-serve plan you run it: create the event, post the QR, direct your guests, done. Setup takes less than 5 minutes. On Enterprise, courtme staff on site are optional: we can set everything up and onboard your guests for you, or your own staff can run it.
